Peter "Pete" Seeger was born May 3, 1919 in Manhattan, New York City. Pete was a Musician, Songwriter, Activist, & Television Host. Pete made music including American folk music, & Protest music, Using instruments including a banjo, guitar, tin whistle, mandolin, piano, and ukulele.
